Evacuation Notice [Emergency Event]: [Mandatory/Voluntary] evacuation for [area]. Please leave the area immediately using designated evacuation routes.
Emergency Shelter Emergency Shelter: A shelter is open at [shelter location] for residents affected by [event]. Open from [time/date] until further notice.
Flash Flood Flash Flood Warning: In effect for [affected area] until [time]. Avoid flooded roadways and low areas. Do not drive through floodwater.
Heat Advisory Heat Advisory: [start date/time] through [end date/time]. Stay hydrated, limit outdoor activity, and check on vulnerable neighbors.
